Cape Race is called the Graveyard of Ships in Newfoundland. There have been no less than 365 ships that have sunk in the vicinity but, we are pleased to report, Limmershin passed with only a bumpy ride through tidal ripped seas. Cape Race is also where the first SOS from the Titanic was received.
